These pre-cut shapes are designed to assemble into graduation caps, made from scratch art card with a black coating over vibrant rainbow paper. Perfect for end-of-year activities, these caps can be decorated flat using the included wooden stylus to scratch off the black coating and reveal the bright colours beneath. The graduation caps can be decorated by the students themselves or by their classmates for a memorable keepsake. With adjustable tabs, the hats can fit head sizes ranging from 45 to 52cm.
